Enterprise telephone bank is a 24-hour service offered by our bank through 96888 auto-dialing system, including account management, dynamic reminding, remittance and consultation.
The clients of enterprise telephone bank shall enjoy the following services:
(1) Account management: including account inquiry, name of opening bank inquiry, account opening date inquiry, transaction details inquiry.
(2) Public information inquiry: including deposit and loan interest rate inquiry, remittance inquiry and important bank advice inquiry.
Enterprise clients that open basic, general and special accounts with our bank.
The clients may apply to the bank outlets of our bank with the original copies of valid ID card, business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate and card reserved seal. Than, they shall become the registration clients of enterprise telephone bank outlets.
The enterprise telephone bank of our bank does not collect annual service charge.
