In the evening of August 30, the talent training leading group office of the “Special Forces”held the mobilization meeting of the 4^th session of Worker’s Sports Meet of JiuTai Rural Commercial Bank for the first batch of trainees of the “Special Forces”. This meeting conveyed the Notice to hold the 4^th Session of Worker’s Sports Meet of JiuTai Rural Commercial Bank, reported on the preparatory works before the sports meet and laid out the preparatory works and work arrangement before and during the sports meet.

The “Special Forces” will appear on this session of worker’s sports meet as an independent section. Upon receiving the Notice, the leading group office of the “Special Forces” paid high attention to it, beginning immediately to arrange the competition items, purchase the competitor’s costumes, to rehearse theatrical performances, in order to have a well-thought-plan to take part in the sports meet. 

In order to strengthen the organizational leadership work of the talent training class of the “Special Forces”in this session of worker’s sports meet, a leading group was set up, of which the general manager of education and training department acted as the group leader and deputy general manager of education and training department acted as the deputy group leader. The leading group have 6 task groups, including competition group, spiritual cultivation group, artistic performance group, propaganda group, logistical support group and security group. The group leader of each task group shall be acted by the trainees respectively. According to the actual working status, each task group consists of 4 to 6 members coming from the trainees of the training class. After completion of the mobilization meeting. The leading group made detailed work distribution and arrangement for the group leader of each group,requiring the task groups, regardless of the division of works, to work together to complete the relative works during the sports meet.

The first batch of trainees of the talent training class of the “Special Forces” are receiving training by taking temporary posts at outlets. All the trainees are receiving training by taking temporary posts at the outlets outside the downtown of Changchun City and some trainees are receiving training at the outlets outside the province a thousand kilometers away. Because the time is urgent and the task is significant for the training of the sports meet, all the selected trainees gathered at the training center within one day, after receiving the notice and arranging properly the works undertaken by them, reflecting fully the characteristics of swift response and strong execution force. It is believed that after centralized parade training and programs rehearsing, the parade of the “Special Forces”must present a beautiful scene on this session of worker’s sports meet.

The talent selection leading group office of the “Special Forces” organized the physical examination for the candidates of the 2016 “Special Forces”

After the intense written examination and interview, the talent selection leading group of the “Special Forces”led the 79 candidates who have passed the written exam and interview to the China-Japan Union Hospital for physical examination in the morning of August 24, 2016.

Though they have not taken part in formal military training, the participants of physical examination set strict demands on themselves according to the standard of the formal“Special Forces” trainee. They fell into procession quickly in the hall of China-Japan Union Hospital, with unified dressing. The whole physical examination process was well-ordered, completing each item of the exam efficiently and revealing fully the professional quality of the staff of JiuTai Rural Commercial Bank

The physical examination is an important link for the talent selection of the “Special Forces”, which can not only prove that each participant has a healthy body, but also ensure the completion of the study and training in the future. Hope that the 2016 “Special Forces”trainees shall meet the various challenges in the future full of the enthusiasm like today.
