(1) Guowen Wealth and Health Card is a co-branded debit card issued joint by our bank and Jilin City Guowen Hospital.

(2) Business functions

1. The clients shall enjoy the treatment of platinum card at the banking outlets of our bank.

1) The card holders shall enjoy service receiving priority when conducting any business at any business institution of our bank.

2) The card holder shall enjoy VIP treatment at any banking outlet that has set up VIP client area or VIP service window.

3) The card holder shall be free of charge to conduct provincial inter-bank deposit and withdrawal business at any banking outlet of Jilin Province Rural Credit Union; shall be free of charge to conduct remittance, loss report and deposit certificate at any banking outlet of our bank within the country.

4) The Card holder may be free of charge to sign a contract of SMS financial service at any banking outlet of our bank.

5) The card holder may be free of cost of USBKEY certificate and annual service fee to register individual internet bank with any banking outlet of our bank.

6) The card holder may be free of charge to open cellphone bank with any banking outlet of our bank.

2. The card holder shall enjoy preferential medical treatment at Jilin City Guowen Hospital

The card holder shall enjoy preferential medical treatment at Jilin City Guowen Hospital, enjoying preferential treatment of bankcard consumption; free of charge for outpatient registration; 50% discount on outpatient registration with the experts of Medical University; 5% discount on western medicine expense; 5% discount on Chinese medicine expense; 10% discount on auxiliary examination; 50% discount on hospital bed (normal room).

(3) Application requirement: apply to banking outlets with valid ID card.
