Loan object:

The loan object is full of 18 years old, and having complete capability of civil conduct.

Loan conditions:

On-duty staffs of administration organs and public institutions within Jiutai area under administration, and having complete capability of civil conduct;

Self voluntarily, the unit agrees, the related function department coordinates, having the fixed wages income source, could be sure to repay the loan capital and interest on time;

Must be wages paying by our bank, having legal, reliable economic source;

Credit status of the loanee and guarantor are better, having the capability of repaying capital and interest;

Good health, borrower’s age + loan period + repaying period of deducting and collecting salary by month not exceed the legal retiring age;

Other conditions regulated by our bank.

Loan interest rate:

Carry out according to the related regulations of Jilin Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank RMB Loan Interest Rate Pricing Management Method, in principle on the base of standard interest rate of the People’s Bank to come-up 30%.

Loan period:

The longest loan period is 1 year in principle, if the borrower or guarantor is near to the retired age, the loan period could not exceed the retired time limit of the borrower or guarantor.

Loan limit:

The wage of borrower and guarantor is above 1000 Yuan (including), the highest limit is 40000 Yuan, month wage is 600 (including) -1000 Yuan, the highest limit is 20000 Yuan, month wage is below 600 Yuan, according to 70% of the sum of 2 years wages to check and rectify.

Use of loan:

Mainly use for the needed fund of normal consuming demand and other cost payment of the borrower.
