Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank was established in December 2008, which is the first rural commercial bank in Northeast China Region. During the 5 year’s reform and development, its business scope has been expanded from single business mode to multiple business modes. Its service range has extended from county territory into cities, its strategic layout has extended from the province to the whole country. At present, Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank has 103 banking outlets under its Jurisdiction, has established 32 villages banks and 5 rural commercial banks, either wholly-owned or holding,  in the 10 provinces (cities) of the country.
