Individual telephone bank is a 24-hour business service offered by our bank through 96888 auto-dialing system, including account management, dynamic reminding, remittance and consultation.
The clients of individual telephone bank shall be divided into client of bank outlet registration and client of self-service registration according to the registration modes.
(1) The client of bank outlet registration can enjoy the following services:
A. Account management: including account inquiry, name of opening bank inquiry, account opening date inquiry, transaction details inquiry and suspend account.
B. Transfer accounts mutually between fixed account and current account.
C. Transfer accounts within the bank. (supporting the transfer of accounts at most among 5 counter signed accounts within the bank )
D. People-benefit card business.
E. Public information inquiry, including deposit and loan interest rate inquiry, exchange rate inquiry and important bank advice.
(2) Automatically registered clients may enjoy the following services:
A. Account management: including account inquiry, name of opening bank inquiry, account opening date inquiry, transaction details inquiry and suspend account.
B. Transfer accounts mutually between fixed account and current account.
C. Public information inquiry, including deposit and loan interest rate inquiry, exchange rate inquiry and important bank advice.
D. Serving objects of individual telephone bank
The individual clients opening debit card, people benefit card, current passbook.
The individual clients opening debit card, people benefit card, current passbook.
The transaction limit for single payment of each account and daily accumulative payment limit shall be all 5000 Yuan.
(1). Clients may apply to the banking offices of our bank with the original copies of personal valid ID cards and account credentials, to become banking office registered clients of individual telephone bank.
(2). The clients may apply through telephone, to become automatically registered clients of individual telephone bank.
