Product definition:

“Revolving loan” refers to a kind of loan that our bank has checked and ratified the maximum amount of RMB loan for the borrower, which can be used in a revolving way, as long as the remaining sum of the outstanding loan principal by the borrower does not exceed this amount.

Prospective borrowers:

Business entities and legal persons of public institutions registered with industrial and commercial administrative department (or competent authorities), other economic organizations that can become borrowers and non-agricultural natural persons with full capability of civil conduct.

Conditions of loan:

Company type client:

1. The credit rating by our bank is above class A, with good enterprise credit status;

2. The historical loan business transactions with our bank enjoy high reputation;

3. Having strong continuity in production and capital turnover, with regular demands to short-term working capital;

4. Self-owned funds is generally enough, production and marketing are both normal, receivables and inventory works normally, repayment relies mainly on the reflow of corporate sales income;

5. With the guarantee accepted by our bank;

6. Other conditions required by our bank.

Loan interest:

Accord with “Pricing Administrative Methods on RMB Loan Interest of Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank Co. Ltd. of Jilin Province” .

Loan period:

1. The valid period of loan amount shall not exceed 3 years in principle. At the expiration of the valid period, the unused amount shall automatically become null and void.

2. The period of single loan refers to the usage period of single loan under the amount. This period shall not exceed over 1 year (including 1 year), while the expiring date of single loan shall not exceed the valid period of the amount.

Use of loan:

The loan shall be used as the working capital needed by the borrower in daily operation, including the expenses on reserve parts and stock, purchasing and to pay the production operating costs.
