Product definition

The land reserve loan refers to the loan issued by our bank to the institutions responsible for first class land development for land purchase and the early stage of land development and land consolidation.

Application conditions

(1) Economic development of the location city is steady, financial situation is better;

(2) The engaging land purchasing, reserving, transferring and  other running activities accord with the concerned laws and regulations and policies of the nation and locality,  have the perfect working rules and regulations;

(3) Checked and approved  and registered by main managing organ, have the qualification of legal person of enterprise(public institution) , get the certificate of legal person of enterprise(public institution) , and code certificate of organization of legal person of enterprise(public institution) , and handle the

annual check procedure;

(4) To open the basic deposit account or general deposit account in our bank;

(5) To have the loan card checked and issued by the People¡¯s Bank and passed the annual check;

(6) No bad credit record;

(7) Financial system is perfect, fund operation model is possible, fund running is sealed, repaying fund is fixed;

(8) The loan will be invested to the land ,its planning use is commodity residence, commercial facilities and other running land, with good location, having development and building conditions, having great added value potentiality, having better transfer prospect, according with the city planning and land utilization total planning approving by the concerned department, and also having listed the annual land reserving plan of the local government.The loan of relating to the rural land, should possess legal rural land procedure, and land requisition procedure, according with the regulations of¡¶The Inform About Enhancing Land Regulating and Controlling Concerned Problem of the State Council¡·.

(9) Self-collecting fund is totally fixed , and put into use before the loan;

(10) To carry out loan guarantee, the loan guarantee is legal, effective, full value, according with the concerned regulations of loan guarantee of our bank of China.

The intended use of loan

The land reserving loan is only used to the land one level development of the

concrete land within the city planning district.The concrete including: state-owned stock land development, development of newly increasing city construction land.

Loan limit

The limit of land reserving land is not allowed to exceed 70% of the total cost of land purchasing, arrangement and reserving at most.

Mode of repaying

The mode of repaying could take the mode of paying interest by month, one time repaying capital when expiring, same amount of the capital and interest (principle balance) or paying interest by month, repaying capital by stage.
