Applicable objects:

The prospective borrower shall be at least 18 years old, a natural person with full capacity of civil conduct.

Conditions of loan:

1. Having permanent residence or valid certificate of residence at the location to apply for loan;

2. Having the capacity to repay the principal and interest on schedule, with stable occupation, steady economic income and good credit;

3. Having signed the contract or agreement to purchase a house;

4. Having paid the initial payment to a real estate developer. The price of the purchased house is line with the evaluation price by our bank or the real estate appraisal institution entrusted by the payer;

5. Other conditions stipulated by our bank.

Loan interest rate:

In accordance with “Administrative Methods on the Pricing of RMB Loan Interest Rate of Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank Lt. Co. of Jilin Province”. Moreover, if the loan period is within one year, the interest rate of the original contract shall be applied in case of adjustment of legal rate on interest; if the loan period is over one year, the interest rate shall be adjusted from January 1 next year in case of adjustment of legal rate of interest, and a new interest rate shall be applied according to the corresponding interest rate level.

Loan period:

The loan period shall be no longer than 10 years

Loan volume:

The volume of a single individual housing loan shall not exceed 0.2 million Yuan and the volume of a single commercial store room loan shall not exceed one million, for which concrete buildings shall subject to the agreement reached between our bank and property developers.

Purpose of loan:

To be used for the expenses of normal consumption demands by the borrowers.
