Frontier trade settlement business refers to the trade settlement provided by the branches of border towns of our bank to the clients of border regions in order to promote border trade, through the commercial banks of neighboring countries , according to the provisions of the People’s Bank of China, the State Administration of Foreign Currency and the branches of border provinces.

The process to open accounts with our bank by the commercial banks of neighboring countries

1. The client provides our bank the application for opening an account and other related documents;

2. Our bank signs agreement on the relative account with the client, after internal examination and approval;

3. To open an account;

4. After opening of the account, the managing bank shall operate according to agreement.
