The cross-border RMB business refers to the RMB settlement of the receipt and payment under  under current and capital accounts provided to the enterprises with import and export management qualification, such as cross-border trade in goods, service trade, overseas direct investment, contracting foreign project and export buyer credit.

Scope of business

Including various types of settlement such as import and export letter of credit, collection and remittance.

Business process

(1) The client shall open RMB account with our bank or use the existing RMB account;

(2) The client that conduct cross-border business for the first time is required to provide the following information:

License of Business Corporation or Business License

Organization Code Certification of the People’s Republic of China

“Registration Certificate of Consignors and Consignees of Imports and Exports” (to be provided by import and export enterprises)

“Tax Registration Certificate”

The valid Identification paper of legal person and responsible officer

(3) The client who conduct cross-border RMB receipts and payments business with our bank shall submit business vouchers of the enterprise (except for the enterprises in the supervision focus list for the export trading enterprises that use RMB to settle accounts) or Receipts and Payments Explanation of Cross-border RMB Settlement;

(4) After examination and approval, our bank shall conduct the receipts and payments settlement in a way confirmed by the client.
