The interview work on the poverty students within the contractual cultivation program of the “Targeted Poverty Alleviation Plan”of JiuTai Rural Commercial Bank has been carried out smoothly

In accordance with the work plan of contractual cultivation of poverty student of the “Targeted Poverty Alleviation Plan” of JiuTai Rural Commercial Bank, the head office has dispatched 3 interview teams to interview the poverty students who have passed the investigation of the targeted poverty alleviation plan. The the responsible officers of the party-masses working department, manpower resources department and education and training department acted as the team leaders of the 3 interview teams respectively. The team members consisted of 1 person above vice president level of the branch (villages bank) of the location as part-time leader, 1 person from head office, 1 person from administrative department of extra-institutions, 1 person from the management departments of villages banks and 2 persons from education and training department. The interview teams went down into  Yongji, Taonan and Da’an counties, to make a full understanding the poverty student’s appearance and temperament, ability of expression, logical thinking ability, reaction capacity and family status. The interview teams would give ratings to the poverty students according to their physical truths, to lay a good foundation to implement further the contractual cultivation of poverty students of the targeted poverty alleviation plan by the head office.

The targeted poverty alleviation plan of JiuTai Rural Commercial Bank is another philanthropic project to return the society. After study and cultivation, the poverty students may have the technical ability to change their poor conditions.

Enhancing comprehensive business ability and standardizing business operation process

——the international business department holds the 2^nd term foreign exchange business training class of 2016

Recently, another 9 financial institutions of our bank began to conduct foreign exchange business. In order to improve the practical operation level of our business personnel, to increase our comprehensive service ability of foreign exchange business and to ensure that the international business of our bank is well-organized and operates regularly, the international business department held the 2^nd term foreign exchange business training class from September 4 to September 9, with the cooperation of the education and training department (experimental bank)of the head office.

3 terms of training class shall be held, each term for 2 days. In September 4, the first term training class was held successfully in the No.3 training classroom of our training center. The training objects are the related staff selected by 24 branches (small local branches) of our bank which have international settlement authority and those whose authority are to be approved. The contents of this training include, basic knowledge on international settlement,foreign exchange account opening, foreign exchange settlement and sale business, foreign exchange remittance business, cross-boarder RMB business,payment transaction of foreign exchange in China and filling in of relative business document; statistics and report of the data of international balance of payment; computer practice and answering questions on the spot.

In order to keep the training class going on smoothly, the international business department and education and training department (experimental bank) of the head office paid high attention and cooperate closely, making arrangement in advance with full preparation from the preliminary works of the training class to logistical support, to keep the foreign exchange business training class going on smoothly. This foreign exchange business training class has laid a good foundation to upgrade the practical operation level of our business personnel to further develop the foreign exchange business of our bank. It is believed that the training work attached high attention by the head office, the updated businesses and timely education must make the various businesses of our bank develop in an orderly manner!

The education and training department of the head office is training the competitors of Changchun competition area, preparing to take part in the 2016 Comprehensive Business Skills Competition of the Financial System of Jilin Province

The 2016 Comprehensive Business Skills Competition of the Financial System of Jilin Province will be held in October 10. In order to prepare for the competition, the education and training department (experimental bank) of the head office is assisting Jilin Provincial Rural Credit Union to make centralized training on the competitors of Changchun competition area in the No.2 classroom of the training center.

The training period is from September 5 to September 30, training 15 competitors, among them 10 are competitors of individual and corporate business contest items with 3 competitors of JiuTai Rural Commercial Bank; 5 are competitors of manual skills contest items with 2 competitors of JiuTai Rural Commercial Bank. In order to keep this training work going on smoothly, the education and training department coordinated other departments to adjust the training courses and vacate the No.2 classroom, cleaning carefully, checking computers and printers completely, coordinate the science and technology department to debug the training equipment.
