Product definition: “Rent Loan”business for small enterprises refers to the loan issued to the traders and individual businesses in special markets (marketplace), who apply for rent loan from the Small Enterprise Financing Service Center of Jiutai Commercial Bank, after having paid certain proportion of rent, to pay the rent of the remaining months. The loan principal shall be repaid by installment payment and be guaranteed by the special market (marketplace) or guarantee company.

Service object: the traders or individual businesses in special market (marketplace).

Advantage of product:  simple procedure, fast approval, flexible guaranty style.

Application conditions:

1. The main body qualification and operational entity is legal and effective, with full license of the trade;

2. The borrower has got the managing right of the store or booth, but has not paid or paid in full the rent;

3. In principle, the business shall have been established for at least 2 years and is profitable for consecutively 2 years; as for the ones established for less than 2 years, this limit can be relaxed taking consideration of their good comprehensive assessment;

4. The business is promising and in good state of operation. The cash flow and profit increase steadily, with the capacity to repay the loan principal and interest;

5. Having opened settlement account with Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank, willing to receive the credit and settlement supervisions by the small enterprise financing service center of Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank;

6. Having the guarantee provided by special market (marketplace) or guarantee institutions, with legal and effective guarantee procedures; the actual controller (or legal representative) is willing to provide joint liability guarantee;

7. Other conditions required by Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank.
