Definition of product

Pledge loan of right of management of operation vehicle refers to according to the pledge mode regulated by the Guarantee Law of the People’s Republic of China, to issue to the borrower (customers of companies) in accordance with the conditions of the loaner, to take the right of management of operation vehicle issued by the passenger transportation management department as pledge for loan.

Application conditions

     1. Examining and approving by the industrial and commercial administrative department, and annual inspection is qualified;

2. Having necessary institution framework, management operating system and financial control system;

3. Having fixed site for business operation, lawful operation, benefit preferable;

4. Possessing the loan card approved and issued by the People’s Bank, and annual inspection is qualified;

5. Sound reputation, having the capacity of carrying out the contract, and repayment of debt, no bad credit record;

6. The working on production and operating activities must be in accordance with the national laws, laws and regulations as well as related industry policy;

7. To open basic account or general account at our bank.

Intended use of the loan

    Pledge loan of right of management of service vehicle could be used on the needed working fund of business operation or fixed-asset investment.

Loan limit

To take the right of management of taxi as pledge loan, when getting the right of management is acquisition without consideration, the highest loan limit of right of management of single taxi≤market value of single taxi right of management/overall durable years* (the left durable year -1); when getting the right of management is for value, the highest loan limit of right of management of single taxi≤getting value of single taxi right of management/overall durable years* (the left durable year -1); to take the right of management of the line as pledge loan, the highest loan limit of right of management of the line≤getting value of the line right of management/overall durable years* (the left durable year -1).

Loan period

    The loan period of pledge loan of right of management of operation vehicle usually is not exceeded 1 year, the longest is not allowed to exceed 3 years, and the loan expiring date will be 1 year early than the expiring date of the operation certificate
