Intellectual property pledge must handle pledge registration at the concerned department, at the same time it needs the guarantor approved by our bank to provide the joint liability guaranty or provide other mortgage and pledge goods approved by our bank in principle.

Application conditions

To set up according to law, to possess Intellectual property according to law, enterprise of having independent legal entity, possesses the following conditions at the same time, could apply for Intellectual property pledge loan:

1. Patentee recorded in the patent rolls, legal owner of the registered trademark, copyright, one Intellectual property has more than 2 common owners, needs all the owners to agree the pledge loan;

2. Having operating performance of 3 annuals and profit record in the recent 2 years, possesses the capacity of repaying the capital and interest;

3. To scrupulously abide by reputation, enterprise and legal representative, major managers and others have no bad credit record;

4. The other conditions regulated by our bank.

Intended use of the loan

Enterprise Intellectual property pledge loan should be used for the needed working fund of production and management or project construction investment.

Loan limit

The limit of the Intellectual property pledge loan will be determined reasonably based on the actual demand, the highest is not allowed to exceed 30% of estimated value.

Loan period

Period of intellectual property pledge loan is not exceeded 1 year in principle, and could not exceed the legal valid time limit of Intellectual property. When the loan expiring, not allowed to handle the postponing period.

Mode of repayment

Interest settlement by month (season),repayment of principal when expiring, repayment of principal with interest, average capital repayment by month, average capital plus interest repayment by month, and installment repayment of other modes.
