Definition of product:

A kind of business form, refers to the enterprise (lessee) for purchasing production equipment or expanding production and management, under the situation of insufficient working capital, acts as go-between by the bank to make the enterprise (lessee) form leasehold relation with leasing company, so as to make the enterprise (lessee) get equipment or working capital.

Loan object:

Legal person of enterprise (public institution) checked and approved and registered by the industry and commerce administration authorities (or competent department) and the natural person of having full capacity for civil conduct.

Loan conditions:

    (1) Except for possessing the basic qualification conditions required by our bank, the borrower should also possess the following conditions:

1. Admittance by the Head Office and signs cooperation agreement with Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank;

2. Internal control system is perfect, and could provide guarantee measures approved by Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank.

(2) Except for possessing the basic qualification conditions required by our bank, the lessee should also possess the following conditions:

1. Having fixed site for business operation, legal operation;

2. Sound reputation, having capacity of carrying out lease contract, repayment of debt, having no bad commercial credit record.

Loan interest rate:

Will be consulted and determined by Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank, leasing company and lessee, the lowest is benchmark interest rate come-up 20%.

Loan period:

Loan period is not exceeded 5 years (including) in principle, and is not allowed to exceed the depreciation life of equipment.

Intended use of the loan:

    It is mainly used for purchasing production equipment, all kinds of communication media by the lessee or turnover of capital for current production and management.
