1.Belongs to the patentee recorded in the registration book, trade mark, legal owner of copyright, if one intellectual property has more than 2 common owners, it must be agreed with the pledge loan by all the owners;

2.Have the business performance of 3 years and the profit record of recent 2 years, have the capability of repaying the capital and interest;

3.Abide by the prestige, enterprise as well as its legal representative, main operation managers and others have no bad credit record;

4.The other conditions regulated by our bank.
