The loanee of urbanization construction project loan except the regulated conditions of《Loan Managing Temporary Methods of the Companies of Jilin province Rural Credit Cooperative》, also should possess the following conditions:

(1) The government investing project, needs to have the approving document of government right department; The project of needing the right department to check and approve, put on records, possess the document evidence of the right department; The investing project of need to be agreed by the main managing department, possess the approving document of main managing department. To get environment protection permission according to national regulations, need to get approving document of the right department; Refers to the land, to get the approving document of the land main managing department; The other approving documents to get according to the regulations;

(2) The urbanization construction project loan must be fixed more than 30% of owned fund (including 30%) , the fund source is clear, and will be fixed in the same ratio of the loan or be fixed prior to the loan fund;

(3) Open deposit account at the loaner place, voluntarily to accept credit extension supervision and settlement supervision;

(4) The other conditions demanded.
