5. Copy of the Identification Card of the legal representative (director);
6. Copy of the identification card of responsible person; copy of certification of authorization;
7. List to have opened bank settlement account ( this item is not needed for opening basic deposit account the first time);
8. Registry form of affiliated enterprises (this item is not needed for the depositor who has no affiliated enterprise);
Note: registered address of depositor, address in business license, but not the address of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau that issues the certificates.
