1. Filling in completely “ Application Form for Opening Entity Settlement Account”;
2. Copies of the approvals or certificates of registration by government personnel department or organization commission;
3. Copy of the Account Approval Form issued by financial department to open (change) an account;
4. Copy of the original Organization Code Certificate;
5. Copy of the Identification Card of the legal representative (director);
6. Copy of the identification card of responsible person; copy of certification of authorization;
7. List to have opened bank settlement account ( this item is not needed for opening basic deposit account the first time);
8. Registry form of affiliated enterprises (this item is not needed for the depositor who has no affiliated enterprise).
Note: one institution with 2 names, a basic account can be opened under each name respectively.
