1.   Use of loan: to solve the reasonable working capital matters in business.

2.   Entry conditions:

(1)  Individual businesses and micro enterprises who have permanent operation entity and manage continuously at least for one year;

(2)  Local resident population ( local residents or owners of local housing or the ones who have lived at the local area for at least 2 years);
