1. Use of loan: to make investment in business, for example, to purchase equipment and plant and to establish new shops;

2. Entry conditions: operational entity operating for more than 2 years;

3. Elements of product:

(1)  Loan volume: 1 Yuan – 1 million Yuan (collateral shall be increased for the volume over 500,000 Yuan );

(2)  Loan period: at least 2 months, but the longest shall not excess 2 years;

(3)  Guaranty style: based mainly on guarantee/warranty (guarantor)  to be supplemented by (housing property ) mortgage;

(4)  Mode of repayment: monthly repayment of average principal plus interest; monthly repayment of average principal; monthly interest settlement and quarterly repayment of principal; monthly interest settlement, repayment of principal at maturity; irregular repayment;

(5)  Loan interest rate: rising 130% over benchmark interest rate;

(6)  Time of loan processing: 3 -7 working days.
