(1) Holders of valid identification paper who has permanent place to live in the location of the branches of Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank;

(2) Having permanent occupation with the capacity to repay the loan principal with interest on time;

(3) Meeting Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank’s admittance requirements on the occupation, income and credit of the borrower;

(4) The age of the loan applicant plus credit period shall not exceed 60 years old;

(5) The application admittance of the loan applicant, on the pointcut of which Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank shall carry out parameter control according to the managing requirements;

(6) The loan applicant of business credit line shall also meet the requirements on the prospective borrower and loan condition of short term business loan by Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank;

(7) Other requirements of Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank.
