In recent years, Changchun City Federation of Trade Unions carried out seriously the decision and arrangement of All China Federation of Trade Unions and Jilin Province Federation of Trade Unions, focusing on what the party and government have planned, what the workers needed and whatever the trade union could do, to build with all its strength the “One Card-one network-one System”(membership service card, staff service card and three-tier service system) service platform, to strengthen the construction of the service-oriented trade union organization and to intensify the benefiting strength that trade unions serving the members. In 2014, Changchun City Federation of Trade Unions issued the “Membership Service Card of Changchun City Federation of Trade Union”, in cooperation with JiuTai Rural Commercial Bank, to provide the trade union members with a customized comprehensive service integrating identification, security subsidies, preference service, public service, assisting service, financial service and value-added service. Up to now, 240,000 trade union membership cards have been issued. Nearly 2000 people have enjoyed on-the-job work hospitalization medical subsidies, non-industrial injury accident and family fire subsidies; more than 20000 person-time have enjoyed park visit, movie watching, fitness and book purchasing discounts; over 10000 person-time have enjoyed legal aid, occupation introduction and skill training services.
