On March 26, 2016, the inauguration and opening ceremony was held for the Network College of JiuTai Rural Commercial Bank. Secretary of the party committee and president Gao Bing of JiuTai Rural Commercial Bank attended the ceremony and made an important speech. He pointed out that the establishment of Network College is an important step for our bank to adapt to the development of the times and promote training transformation; an important way to speed up human resource development; a key guarantee to implement talent development strategy and to create century-old bank, which is of great importance and far-reaching. This task is urgent and hard. Therefore, all the sections,units and department of the bank must increase the awareness and pay high attention; each one does his duty with concerted efforts; to detail management and to be pragmatic and efficient; strengthening assessment and supervision. We must give full play to the network learning platform, to stir up the staff’s enthusiasm for learning, to form a good atmosphere of “to promote quality by training and to promote development by training” in the whole bank. Meanwhile I hope that our staff treasure the opportunity, try to enhance yourself, take the  good learning habit as a kind of morality, a kind of culture, a kind of realm and a kind of pursue. Taking part actively in the online learning, enhancing comprehensively the operating managing level and professional skill to become the “authority figure”and “walking dictionary”in his career and “expert”in his field.

Over 300 people, including all the trainees of the talent training class of 2015 “Special Forces”, attended the inauguration and opening ceremony of Network College. Break-out rooms were set up in 9 county branches of extra-institutions with synchronous video broadcast.
