Recently, China banking Regulatory Commission organized and held 2016 annual meeting of banking industry information technology risk management and plenary session of high-rise steering committee of banking industry information technology risk management, published the list of winning the prize of information technology risk management project in 2016 in the meeting, the research project of our bank of “Construction and Exploratory Development of Science and Technology Bank of Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank” has the honour to win the fourth class achievement rewards.

The project takes Commercial Bank Information Technology Risk Management Guide and Supervising and Guiding Idea of Banking Industry Information Technology “Thirteen-five” Development Planning of China banking Regulatory Commission and other related supervising laws and regulations as guide, takes “Science and Technology Guides Innovation, Open and Share the Future” as the overall thinking, combines with the self reality of Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank, puts forward the construction of science and technology bank.

From the beginning of experimental bank construction of Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank, Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank begins to explore the road of construction of science and technology bank. After completing successfully the exploring of experimental bank, begins to construct the science and technology bank, and constructed Jingyue flagship store, Huiyu flagship store, and Jiutai flagship store one after another. Summarizing the construction experiences of the science and technology bank, the first, must research how to enhance the channel cooperative capability, give full play to the function of branches under the line channel; the second, must research how to improve the customers service experience, give full play to the function of branches of the science and technology bank; the third, must research how to collect transaction data, give play to the function of the customers information source of the branches.

The project research is from equipment and instrument import, technology import, multi-channel integration, the optimization of operational procedures and multiple dimensions to have analytical investigation, start from promoting innovation, brand publicity and value popularizing, realize the construction of the branches of science and technology bank. Through the construction of the branches of science and technology bank, meets with the diversified needs of the customers, improved the  service experience of the customers, reduced the service cost of the bank, achieves the expecting effect of the project. During the course of the project development, the 2 research papers of the project group are published successively in Magazine of China and  Foreign Entrepreneurs.
