1. Starting from August 1, 2017, individual client opened one account only in our bank (debit card/deposit book, not including credit card, VIP account, the same below), our bank will be free of charge of annual fee proactively.

2. Individual client of opening multi-accounts in our bank, could only enjoy one debit card or deposit book, and without repetition counting.

3. Individual client of opening multi-accounts in our bank, and has not applied to enjoy an account of free of charge of annual fee, if has current passbook account, our bank has tacitly approved the current passbook account as an account of free of charge of annual fee automatically, if you apply for an assigned account of free of charge of annual fee as debit card, please carry personnel identification card and debit card to go to the opening branch as soon as possible, to transact procedure of free of charge of annual fee.

4. Individual client has already assigned one debit card for free of charge of annual fee, but has an account cancellation to the debit card, if need to reapply for a debit card to enjoy free of charge of annual fee, please carry personnel identification card and debit card to go to the opening branch to transact procedure of free of charge of annual fee.

5. During system upgrading and rebuilding, starting from August 1, 2017, in case according with the condition of free of charge of annual fee of debit card of our bank, please carry personnel identification card and debit card to go to the opening branch to transact procedure of returning the annual fee, if from this, brings about inconvenience to you, very sorry.
