2) Account management: to provide the clients with linked account management (to carry out creating and deleting management operations on the accounts linked under the clients by entering the account numbers and trading passwords) and common payee management (divided into management of transfer payee within Jilin Province Rural Credit Union system and management of inter-bank transfer payee, to carry out creating and deleting management operations on the clients by entering the payee’s account number and name).

3) Transfer within the bank: selecting the account of payment --- filling in the collection information, transaction amount --- entering the trading password and short message authentication code -- the transfer successes.

4) Inter-bank transfer: selecting the account of payment --- filling in the collection information, transaction amount --- entering the trading password and short message authentication code -- the transfer successes.

5) Transfer inquiry: selecting the inquired account, trading time, the trading result to be inquired.

6) Cellphone recharging: selecting the cellphone number to be recharged, --- selecting recharging amount --- selecting payment account number and entering trading password and short message authentication code --- recharging successes.

7) Financial management: to provide the clients with the services to transfer from current deposit account to fixed deposit account.

8) Setting up: to provide the clients with the services to change password, to set nickname and set reserved authentication information.

9) Unionpay business circle: to provide the clients with the services to buy train tickets, air tickets, lotteries, game cards, hotel reservation, convenient fee payment.

In addition, IOS system supports bank outlets map function.

The transfer limit of public edition cellphone bank: the limit of single transfer is 50,000 Yuan, daily accumulative total is 200,000 Yuan.

Individual clients may apply to any branch of Jilin Province Rural Credit Union system, taking along with him the individual settlement account (bank card or deposit book) and the valid original ID card, with which he opened the account.
