Tumen River Card is attached to Ji Car IC Card, with all the business functions of Ji Card IC Card.

Meanwhile, it also enjoys additional preferential treatments to swipe cards at numerous high quality marketplaces such as Hunchun Modern Times Department Store, Hunchun Yikelong Chain Supermarket and Hunchun Ankang Health Care Pharmacy, which include swiping cards at Hunchun Modern Times Department Store with a 90% discount and member’s accumulating points, swiping cards at Hunchun Yikelong Chain Supermarket with a 95% discount and member’s accumulating point, swiping card at Hunchun Ankang Health Care Pharmacy with a 95% discount and member’s accumulating points.
