(1) Platinum Card is a kind of debit card issued bu our bank to middle and high-end clients, to provide the card holder with more complete, profounder, higher-quality, characteristic value-added services, giving the clients a platinum treatment.

(2) Preferential service and exclusive privilege

1. Priority service at banking outlets: the clients shall enjoy priority for service when dealing with various businesses at any banking outlets of Jilin Province Rural Credit Union.

2. VIP lounge service: the clients shall enjoy VIP treatment at any business institution within Jilin Province Rural Credit Union system which has set up VIP client area or VIP service window.

3. Preferential handling fee: the client shall be free of handling fee to conduct inter-bank deposit and withdrawal business at any banking outlet of Jilin Province Rural Credit Union system; free of charge to conduct domestic remittance, reporting loss, certificate of deposit, opening SMS financial service at any banking outlet of Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank; the clients opening individual internet bank at the extra-territorial institutions of Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank shall be free of charges on cost of USBkey certificate, annual fee, internet bank transaction handling fee; free of charge to open cellphone bank.

4. Exclusive services: our bank shall provide diversified platinum exclusive services, such as preferential merchant, air ticket reservation, domestic/international hotel booking, airport VIP service, designated driver, roadside assistance, healthy life assistant, high-end catering assistant, overseas study assistant and sports activities assistant.

(3) Application requirement: apply to the banking outlets with valid ID card.
